Established in Redlands, California by Denny Sondakh. It started in January of 1994 from home with closed to 100 customers. The following year, customers were double from the previous year. Years later, when the customers were growing so fast, we rented office space in Waterman Ave, San Bernardino. We moved few times, and finally, since January 2007, we have a 1200sf office space at 385 E. Mill Street, to accommodate the customers' need.
Denny finished his Accounting degree in 1988, and work as an accountant at wood-working industries company which is exporting woods products. While working as an accountant, he had a part time job as an Accounting Instructor at one of the institute in Jakarta.
In 1991, he moved to California. When he took several courses in computer and taxes in 1992, finally start thinking to become a tax preparer. In 1993 become licensed tax preparer in California and start preparing tax in January 1994.
